My husband and I have moved into a new apartment (move #5 in 2.5 years). Unpacking and setting up home made us realize we don't have much in the way of art for art's sake. We have family/us photos and religious things, but no art that is simply pleasing to our eyes and decorative. We are hoping to stay awhile so we want to take the plunge and get some "over the sofa" art.
It is a big commitment though! We glanced at some last night at one of our favorite stores and I am thinking we may have different taste.... {surprise}. I guess I always envisioned it would be me to pick out things like that, but, naturally, he has opinions too. I am going to look some more (online) and hopefully find some things we can both enjoy.
